Express shipping does not require a signature and means the courier will most likely leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the order has been delivered ZacJac Surf takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Should you be concerned as to the safety of your order, or you are not there to receive your order, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping where a signature is required. (If undeliverable refund well be given straight away. ZacJac Surf does not currently offer shipping out side of Australia, how ever we can some times do shipments of smaller items.
