Yes, shopping at ZacJac Surf is safe. Our site has the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) which encrypts your information and helps to ensure that only you and ZacJac Surf ever see it. If, at any time you were to suspect fraud, immediately contact your credit card company, many who now provide online guarantee.
If you have not received within a few minutes of finalizing your order successfully, then it is possible that you may have entered your email address incorrectly or it may be that your ISP has flagged our email as spam. All confirmation emails will be from info@zacjacsurf.com.au
Once your order is shipped from our fulfilment company an email will be sent confirming it has left our centre. There will be a shipment tracking number and link to the shipping website. If you have any problems with this then please contact us and we will assist you.
Yes you can. This is possible up until your order has begun the processing stage. Please contact us via email with any order modifications you would like. Be aware, that not all changes can be guaranteed as the order may already to far into the shipping stage for changes to be made. Making sure you are happy with your order in the Review and Buy section is always the best way to save any disappointment later. However, we do understand that this sometimes happens. Please contact us for assistance. ZacJac Surf has a flexible and friendly return policy so most changes can be made after you receive your order.
ZacJac Surf prides itself on getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. There are a few options available.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – ( no signature required )
Orders in the metro areas, will receive there items in 1-4 business days. The rest of Australia are expected to receive their items within 3-10 business days. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate in contacting us via our contact page.
Express shipping does not require a signature and means the courier will most likely leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the order has been delivered ZacJac Surf takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Should you be concerned as to the safety of your order, or you are not there to receive your order, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping where a signature is required.
REGULAR SHIPPING – ( Signature required )
Orders in the metro areas, will receive there items in 1-4 business days. The rest of Australia are expected to receive their items within 3-10 business days. ZacJac Surf is proud to offer free shipping Australia wide but we reserve the right to apply a surcharge or refuse shipping on the occasion where shipping location is very remote or undeliverable. (If undeliverable refund well be given straight away).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ZacJac Surf does not currently offer shipping out side of Australia, how ever we can some times do shipments of smaller items. Please contact us via our contact page for more information.
